| For a completely different experience why not combine game viewing in Kruger National Park with game viewing in Kwa-Zulu Natal, while enjoying some of the historical and cultural highlights of South Africa and the Kingdom of Swaziland? This tour takes you off the beaten track with accommodation in comfortable tourist class properties.

Day 1: Johannesburg / Pretoria to Mpumalanga
You are collected from your hotel / guesthouse during the morning and proceed immediately to the historical village of Pilgrims Rest, where gold was first discovered. After lunch, enjoy a walking tour of this fascinating little town.

Day 2: Mpumalanga to Kruger
After an early breakfast, depart for the Blyde River Canyon. Arrive into Kruger National Park for lunch. Proceed to your rest camp for dinner. Optional night drive (subject to availability) in a large open-air vehicle. |
Day 3: Kruger to Swaziland
Early morning game drive before exiting the Park and entering the Kingdom of Swaziland. Lunch at your hotel. Afternoon shopping at the local craft market, great for purchasing woven baskets and carvings. |
Day 4: Swaziland to Zululand
Depart after breakfast through southern Swaziland and into the Kingdom of the Zulu. Arrive at your game lodge in time for lunch. Enjoy an afternoon visit to a local traditional Zulu village for a taste of their culture and some Zulu dancing. |
Day 5: Zululand and Game Reserve
An early start for a full morning game viewing in open top Land Rover, in the Hluhluwe Game Reserve. Keep an eye out for the Big Five and many other species in this beautiful Game Reserve. Return to your lodge for lunch, and an afternoon at leisure. |
Day 6: Zululand to Durban
After an early breakfast, visit the St Lucia Estuary for a boat cruise with excellent opportunities for spotting hippos and crocodiles. Lunch en route to Durban. Arrival at your hotel / guesthouse mid-afternoon. |
